Personal Profile
Born in Florence (Italy) in 1964 and since 1988 estabilished in The Netherlands.
Fluent in Italian and good in both English and Dutch.
3 years experience as project lead/Coordinator
whitin that role I projected and managed an intranet HP site. The managing of that site included related Processes & Procedures,
Forum lead as adminstrator,
controlling and publishing of all delverables of a team of 38 people plus management staff, dealing with web programmers Sla
and needs and whishes of stakeholder .

In nine years of esperience as Support Helpdesk Engineer I helped many customers on different support's levels and products
.
Developed skills: solving IT problems, stressresistent, reliability, flexibility, creativity, solutions finder and promoting
new ideas. I like working with and for people and last but not least I am a passionate professional for the things I am creating
or just doing. I believe in their quality and i have a quite good global vision of the picture rather than a particoular
one.
